Shipping policy

 

1. At Sophistiquee, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we've partnered with reputed national courier, TCS. CASH ON DELIVERY CHARGES PKR 250 NATIONWIDE on orders below 1100. 

2. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes. We endeavour to get your shipment to you within or before 6-8 business working days.

3. A "consignee number" is assigned to everyone after the placement of order. That consignment number can be used for tracking your parcel. If you could not receive your parcel on the first attempt then you are to call TCS helpline, tell them your problem and consignment number and request them a reattempt of parcel delivery.
